Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping method chosen, and you will be notified via email once your order ships. Typically, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, except for custom orders, which are shipped in 4-6 business days. Processing time is subject to change and may take longer based on order volume. Orders over $100 ship free with Standard Shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, at this time we do not offer international shipping.
What is your return policy?
- Full priced items are eligible for return within 30 days of being received. Personalized items and items purchased on sale or with promo codes offering 25% off or more, are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage, and must be returned with all original packaging (box and pouch included). No individual item of a set can be returned for refund and must be returned as a complete set.
- For pieces crafted from natural solid stone, please note that they are inherently more delicate than traditional metal jewelry and may crack or break if dropped or subjected to impact. Damage resulting from impact, or accidental breakage, is not covered.
- Ear Cuff Bundle: If a qualifying item from this bundle is returned, the bundle discount will no longer apply. Your refund will be calculated based on the regular retail price of the items you keep, not the price of the item being returned. For example, if you purchase three items totaling $200 for the discounted bundle price of $160, then return a $90 item, your refund would be $50, as the two items you keep revert to their regular retail price.
- If a return brings your order total below the $100 free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns incur an $8 flat rate return shipping fee, which is deducted from your refund.
- Your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse, and you will be refunded for the dollar amount paid for the item (less $8 return shipping fee).

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email.
Do you offer an exchange policy?
We do not offer an exchange policy, and customers wishing to exchange items will need to have a return processed and then place a new order for their desired items.
Materials & Packaging
What materials are your jewelry made from?
Our demi-fine jewelry uses high-quality recycled brass as the base metal and 14k gold, platinum, and silver for plating. We chose to go the plating route because it allows us to keep costs lower for you, while still allowing you to enjoy beautiful-designed, expensive-looking pieces. We also use natural semi-precious stones and freshwater pearls.
Although we ion-plate our rings and electroplate (clear protective layer) all other pieces, please note that all plated jewelry is subject to tarnishing if not cared for properly. Learn more about how to care for plated jewelry please see the Product Care below.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. All of our pieces are nickel-free and in compliance with Prop 65 regulations.
Where is your jewelry made?
Most of our beaded and woven pieces are made in Miami and the Yucatán, Mexico, while our gold and silver pieces are responsibly crafted in New Delhi, India and Qingdao, a coastal city in China with a strong manufacturing tradition in demi-fine jewelry. Transparency is extremely important to us, as is being socially and environmentally conscious. That’s why we meticulously select factory partners based on the quality of their work and their commitment to ethical and sustainable practices, no matter where in the world they are located.
We specifically work with small, family-owned factories that ensure the following:
- Employment is freely chosen.
- Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected.
- Working conditions are safe and hygienic.
- Child labor is not used.
- Living wages are paid.
- Working hours are not excessive.
- No discrimination is practiced.
- Regular employment is provided.
- No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes, our shipping materials, including our honeycomb packing paper, are recycled.
Product Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best, treat them with a little extra care:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, sunscreen, and hair products.
- Remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or showering.
- Store pieces separately in a dry place. Hang necklaces to prevent tangling. Clean gently with a soft cloth and avoid using traditional jewelry cleaners.
Our jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials and thick plating for long-lasting wear. However, exposure to moisture and individual skin pH can cause natural tarnishing over time. Handle with care to keep your favorites shining.
