• Full priced items are eligible for return within 30 days of being received. Personalized items and items purchased on sale or with promo codes offering 25% off or more, are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
• To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage, and must be returned with all original packaging (box and pouch included). No individual item of a set can be returned for refund and must be returned as a complete set.
• For pieces crafted from natural solid stone, please note that they are inherently more delicate than traditional metal jewelry and may crack or break if dropped or subjected to impact. Damage resulting from impact, or accidental breakage, is not covered.
  
• Ear Cuff Bundle: If a qualifying item from this bundle is returned, the bundle discount will no longer apply. Your refund will be calculated based on the regular retail price of the items you keep, not the price of the item being returned. For example, if you purchase three items totaling $200 for the discounted bundle price of $160, then return a $90 item, your refund would be $50, as the two items you keep revert to their regular retail price.
• If a return brings your order total below the $100 free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• Returns incur an $8 flat rate return shipping fee, which is deducted from your refund.
• Your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse, and you will be refunded for the dollar amount paid for the item (less $8 return shipping fee).
