All items are final sale due to our handmade-to-order approach and the organic nature of our materials and stones. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
We are happy to make repairs on items that have production defects (this is very rare, but we're only human!). Please note that defects do not include chipped or oxidized pearls or stones; general wear and tear; or oxidized or faded gold. Please contact us here to arrange a repair.

If you are sending us an item for repair, we kindly ask that the item be shipped in its original packaging or properly wrapped to protect it during transit as items damaged in transit cannot be repaired. Additionally, items that are deemed to have been worn and damaged due to general wear and tear will not be repaired, and return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
